Data collected

As part of member management, we collect:

Identity: first name, last name, date of birth
Contact details: email, phone, postal address
Emergency contacts
Federal license number
Training group and session attendance
Payment and membership fee history

Purpose of processing

This data is used exclusively for:

Administrative management of members (registration, license, groups)
Tracking attendance at training sessions
Managing payments and membership fees
Communication related to club life (information emails, notices)

Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of the club membership agreement and, where applicable, on the consent given at registration.

Data recipients

Data is accessible only to the club committee and coaches as part of their duties. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties, except for the sports federations the club is affiliated with (federal license) and competent authorities where required by law.

Hosting

Data is hosted by OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France), within the European Union.

Data retention period

Data is kept for the duration of club membership, then archived for as long as required by legal and accounting obligations, before being deleted.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at axelclubtournaifedere@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD) if you believe your rights are not being respected.
